This stronghold is made up of three main buildings, surrounded byan ancient fortification walls and by perfectly preserved towers, which are divided into 22 flats, a caretaker’s house and a club house.
The co-owned property also includes an about 19 acres park, many olive trees, a swimming pool with bathrooms and dressing rooms and barbecue furnished area.
Castello di Montali (province of Perugia – Lake Trasimeno) is our spearhead where we have two holiday homes. Ancient village of the 11th century transformed in 1994 into an elegant condominium, the village is located on the top of one of the highest hills of Lake Trasimeno, halfway between Perugia and Città della Pieve. Corolled by fortification walls still visible in all their splendor, this ancient village enjoys a panorama that is unmatched in all of Umbria. Surrounded by hectares and hectares of uncontaminated forest, it is undoubtedly the ideal place for a profound regeneration of spirit and mind.

This flat has been restored with a keen attention to details and using only very valuable equipment.
